A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling after submission.
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to answer and manage the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless needed to provide the response, protect the service, or comply with a valid legal requirement.
